Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Items damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable content are non-returnable.
Opened software or game discs cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our Return Policy.
